Arrive with freshly washed, conditioned, and styled hair — products applied, hair worn down. Part your hair where you naturally wear it most. Your hair should be tangle-free and presented in its everyday state.

Arrive with Thouroughly Dry Hair
Please ensure your hair is completely dry before your appointment. Wet or damp hair changes how your curls naturally fall and prevents us from seeing your true curl pattern.

Before You Arrive
Altered or Stretched Styles
Please do not arrive in a ponytail, bun, twist out, roller set, or any style created with a curling iron, curl formers, or anything that stretches or manipulates your natural curl pattern.
Brushing, Combing or Picking
Please do not brush, pick, or comb your hair out on the day of your appointment. We need to see your curls exactly as they naturally form — undisturbed.
Heavy Oils, Butters or Fragrances
Please avoid styling with products that are excessively sticky, greasy, or oil-heavy before your visit.
This includes shea butter, coconut oil, heavy fragrance-based products, or anything that leaves significant residue on the hair.
For established guests who have completed their first visit with Tracy.
