Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and they are reserved specially for you.In order to continue to provide the best scheduling options to my guests, I do require a  24 hour cancellation notice for all reserved appointments. Should you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, 50% of service cost, per service cancelled fee does apply, non refundable, and will be due before a new service is scheduled. A no show will result in a 100% of service cost, per service cancelled fee, non refundable, and will be due before a new service can be scheduled.

Confirming Appointments

When reserving your appointment, my online booking system will send an email of the appointment reserved to you. It will also send a text message confirmation 48 hours before your appointment, and a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment. If your appointment has not been confirmed, it may be cancelled as a result. I will do my best to reach out to you. If I don't receive any communication from you after I tried to confirm your appointment, I will cancel your appointment, and fill it with someone who is on my waiting list.

Late Arrivals

In order to keep the schedule running on time, any guest later than 15 minutes of their reserved appointment will have to be rescheduled. I appreciate your time and will do my best to keep the schedule running on time. In the event I'm running significantly  behind, I will try to call you via phone to let you know.

Adjustments

I'm happy to alter a cut or color if it's not quite right...sometimes curly hair behaves differently at home, or an odd curl or two need to be adjusted. Please be sure to notify me within 7 days of the date of your service. I will do my best to accommodate  to getting you back into the studio as quickly as possible for the small adjustments. All services are non-refundable. I reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at my discretion

Product Return

I do not accept opened or used products. Any unused or unopened products may be returned within 3 days from date of purchase.

Guarantee

All chemical services longevity is guaranteed  with use of professional products purchased from the studio.

Children

While I love children, I work in a very small studio suite. I want to create a calm, relaxing environment for you.Please make arrangements for childcare or reschedule your appointment, as I have no additional room for guests not receiving services.

Photo Release

At Curl Life Salon, I want to celebrate beautiful hair, so I ask that all clients agree to my photo release of capturing your before and after hair, and allowing me to use on my site, social media platform marketing purposes at my discretion. Please let me know if you would prefer to keep your face hidden. I will be happy to honor your request.
